24-Hour Call Center
Customer Service means being there when our customers need us. Customers may contact a “live” Customer Service Representative 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year to answer any questions and provide them with any assistance that they may need.
The Customer Service Hotline Number (877) 638-3716 is posted on each automated payment device, as well as on our Park District Lakefront Parking and Boat Launch Operations Web Site. All calls for customer assistance that are received by our Call Monitoring Center are logged and responded to within 24 hours.
